Beschreibung
Reporter is an investigative game designed to immerse players in the thrilling world of journalism. It puts the players in the shoes of journalists and focuses in particular on the verification work necessary before publishing information: where does it come from, is it reliable, and sufficiently verified via cross-sources? It would be unthinkable for a good journalist to relay fake news! The game offers two distinct scenarios.
The first scenario, lasting 45 minutes, serves as an introduction and allows players to familiarize themselves with the basics of journalism. A strange photo is causing a buzz on social networks: there is a monster in Lake Geneva! Is it a hoax, a statue or even a disguise? Only the clever use of your investigative tools will lead you to the truth, which may surprise you!
The second scenario, lasting approximately 3 hours, deepens the skills acquired by introducing a more complex and elaborate plot. You are sent to the shores of Lake Constance to produce a report on the theme of the border. During your stay, you get informed of a large quantity of debris on a beach not far away. Given the weather, the hypotheses are quite limited, but as you investigate, you find yourself immersed in an immersive story taking you around the lake.
Designed to be accessible without preparation or prior knowledge, Reporter is ideal for a family or educational experience, but also for playing with friends. This unique experience combines entertainment, learning and awareness of the challenges of modern journalism, while offering a captivating adventure through Switzerland and beyond.
